About Teresa
I am a lifelong athlete, a PTR tennis coach, sports performance/stength coach, co-founder of Althea and Arthur’s Aces, and a former collegiate tennis player. I have 25+ years of tennis and strength and conditioning coaching - experience from levels ranging from youth, to collegiate, to professional athlete.
My books are open to beginnner-intermediate players. Let’s get to work!

There is no application form for The Tennis Plan. Teresa was invited by someone who had already hit with them — we do not add a coach we have not seen work.
